Our public marketing site at memclaw.net does not set cookies and does not use third-party tracking analytics. We do not load advertising pixels, social-share trackers, or similar technologies.
The MemClaw dashboard uses the items below. These are "strictly necessary" for the Service you have requested and are therefore exempt from the prior-consent requirement under Directive 2002/58/EC ("ePrivacy Directive") Article 5(3).

Some Caura pages load a first-party operations widget served from ops.caura.ai used by our support team to detect that a signed-in user is viewing a page. The widget reads the session token from sessionStorage and communicates with Caura-operated infrastructure. It does not share data with external advertising networks.
If we add non-essential cookies or third-party tracking in future, we will update this policy, request prior consent where required, and provide controls to manage your preferences.
