Do not submit the personal data of children under 16 to the Service unless you have verifiable parental or guardian consent and have complied with any additional legal requirements that apply to you.
MemClaw is not designed, intended, or warranted for use in situations where a malfunction or data loss could result in death, personal injury, or significant environmental damage, including without limitation aviation, nuclear-facility operation, life-support systems, or critical-infrastructure control. You are responsible for determining fitness for your intended use case and for implementing independent safeguards.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. Repeat or serious violations may result in permanent termination without refund.
